SDCC: The 'Aquaman' Trailer Is Finally Here!

"The only way to stop this war, is for you to take your rightful place as king." Warner Bros has released the first official trailer for James Wan's Aquaman movie. This is another epic trailer, giving us a very exciting first look at this new DC movie, which fans have been waiting to get a look at for a while now. The character of Aquaman, also known as Arthur Curry, first appeared in Zack Snyder's Justice League movie, and this solo feature takes place after the events of that movie. Jason Momoa stars as Aquaman, with Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman, Randall Park, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Willem Dafoe, Graham McTavish, Temuera Morrison, Michael Beach, Ludi Lin, and featuring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta. This is looking very good and action packed, with some big moments teased - an epic underwater war and lots of cool creatures. Dive in.

Following the events of the Justice League movie, Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa), the reluctant ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, is caught in a battle between surface dwellers that threaten his oceans and his own people, who are ready to lash out and invade the surface. Aquaman is directed by Australian filmmaker James Wan. The screenplay is written by Will Beall, from a story by James Wan, Geoff Johns, and Will Beall. SDCC: Playful Trailer For DC's 'Shazam!' Movie

"If you want to save the world, say the magic word." Warner Bros has debuted the first teaser trailer for the new Shazam! movie, based on the DC Comics character. This trailer comes straight from inside Hall H, where it was revealed at Comic-Con in San Diego. They've been teasing this Shazam! movie for a while, with some funny photo reveals this week. Now we finally get a peek at the trailer and it looks surprisingly very good - described as Big meets Superman, and that certainly seems the case. Zachary Levi stars as Shazam, and the cast includes Asher Angel as Billy Batson, plus Mark Strong as the Super-Villain Dr. Thaddeus Sivana, as well as Jack Dylan Grazer, Grace Fulton, Ian Chen, Jovan Armand, Cooper Andrews, Marta Milans, and Djimon Hounsou. This really does look better than expected, even the humor. Levi has been enthusiastic about this role, and it shows in this first bit of footage. This looks fun. Do you agree?

We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson's (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—Shazam!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray vision? Can he shoot lightning out of his hands? Can he skip his social studies test? Shazam sets out to test the limits of his abilities with the joyful recklessness of a child. But he’ll need to master these powers quickly in order to fight the deadly forces of evil controlled by Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (Strong). Shazam! is directed by Swedish filmmaker David F. Sandberg. The screenplay is written by Henry Gayden, from a story by Henry Gayden and Darren Lemke. Based on the DC Comics character created by Bill Parker and C.C. Beck. Warner Bros will release DC's Shazam! in theaters everywhere starting on April 5th, 2019.

https://e-manic.blogspot.com/2018/06/spider-man-into-spider-verse-trailer-is.html

"In your universe, there's only one Spider-Man. But there's another universe… It looks and sounds like yours - but it's not." This looks AMAZING!! Sony has debuted a new full-length trailer for their animated adventure Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which looks like it features groundbreaking animation techniques and style. Shameik Moore provides the voice of Miles Morales, and the full cast includes Hailee Steinfeld, Liev Schreiber, Mahershala Ali, Brian Tyree Henry, Jake Johnson, and Lily Tomlin, along with surprise guests. I am super duper excited for this. I haven't seen such fresh and unique animation in a while. I love what they're doing, I love how wacky & weird it seems, everything about it makes me smile. My only issue - not a fan of Johnson as the original Spidey voice. But still! So good.

The excellent cast for this operate sequel includes Rebecca Ferguson, Michelle Monaghan, Alec Baldwin, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Angela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby. So how's that for a descent-in the works of all major actor from the previous movies returning? This has some definitely awesome pretense, and I am actually way more perch to heavens it than I was Rogue Nation. Perhaps McQuarrie finally found his groove this era.

Final Trailers For 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' Are Lit!

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/05/final-trailers-for-spider-man.html

"What are you hiding, Peter?" Sony has unleashed two more trailers for Spider-Man: Homecoming, hitting theaters in the middle of the summer. Tom Holland stars as (the new) Peter Parker, who was first introduced in Marvel's Captain America: Civil War. This story continues with Parker returning from the events in that movie, still trying to figure out his place as a teenager in NYC. The focus seems to be entirely on the city, and it's cool to see him caring about stolen bikes and old ladies. The full cast includes Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Michael Keaton as The Vulture, as well as Donald Glover, Robert Downey Jr., Martin Starr, Logan Marshall-Green, Angourie Rice, Hannibal Buress, and Zendaya. I like the US version of these trailers more, better footage. Looking forward to this.

New 'Blade Runner 2049' Trailer Is Smart & Intense!

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/05/new-blade-runner-2049-trailer-is-smart.html

"There is an order to things. That's what we do here - we keep order." Warner Bros has unveiled the second trailer for the new Blade Runner 2049 movie, a sequel to the original seminal sci-fi classic Blade Runner, first released in 1982. Directed by one of my favorite working filmmakers, Denis Villeneuve, with Ridley Scott consulting as well, the more we see from this movie, the better it looks. This direct sequel takes place 30 years after the original story, and stars Ryan Gosling as the new LAPD Officer who must find Deckard, who has been missing all this time. Harrison Ford returns to play Deckard, and the new cast of 2049 also includes Ana de Armas, Jared Leto, Dave Bautista, Mackenzie Davis, Robin Wright, Barkhad Abdi, Lennie James as well as David Dastmalchian. This looks absolutely spectacular, with stunning cinematography thanks to Roger Deakins, and the same grittiness as the first one. I so can't wait to see this.

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/05/new-blade-runner-2049-trailer-is-smart.html

Thirty years after the events of the first science fiction film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. The screenplay is by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green; based on a story by Ridley Scott and Hampton Fancher; adapted from Philip K. Dick's novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?". This Final Trailer For 'Wonder Woman' Is Epic in Every Single Way!

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/05/this-final-trailer-for-wonder-woman-is.html

"Be careful with mankind, Diana. They do not deserve you." Warner Bros has released one final trailer for the Wonder Woman movie, due out in less than a month. This is technically the fourth trailer, and likely the final trailer we'll see before release, but it's one of the best ones yet. This solo spin-off movie in the DC Universe is set during World War I stars Gal Gadot (from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice) as the Amazonian princess-warrior Diana who becomes Wonder Woman. Patty Jenkins directs, with a full cast featuring Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, David Thewlis, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis, Danny Huston, Ewen Bremner, Samantha Jo and Saïd Taghmaoui. There has been criticism about WB not marketing this movie enough, but with this epic trailer there's plenty to be excited about. Fire it up.

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/04/thor-battles-incredible-friend-from.html

"Now I know what you're thinking: how did this happen? Well, it's a long story…" Holy smokes this looks so awesome. Disney + Marvel have revealed the first teaser trailer for Thor: Ragnarok, the next sequel in the Thor series. This is directed by New Zealand filmmaker Taika Waititi, who brings his own comedic edge to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Chris Hemsworth is back as Thor, with a seriously kick ass cast: Cate Blanchett as Hela, Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Karl Urban as Skurge, plus all of the others from before including Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Jaimie Alexander as Sif, and Anthony Hopkins as Odin. There's a very cool sci-fi side to this that looks so cool (plus it feels like this fits right into the Guardians of the Galaxy universe) but it's all about the big battle between Thor and Hulk that we get a tiny glimpse of at the end of this trailer. Ohhh yes. Dive right in!

There may be a few others, and the extensive cast includes Willem Dafoe, Jeremy Irons, Amber Heard, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. Honestly this looks pretty damn cool, just pure entertainment, with a few epic shots at the end. Will it live up to the hype? Only time will tell.

Even The Cars Are Evil In Thrilling 'Fate Of The Furious' Trailer

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/03/even-cars-are-evil-in-thrilling-fate-of.html

"If you're gunna catch Dom, you're gunna need a little help." One month to go. Universal has revealed a second trailer for The Fate of the Furious, or Fast & Furious 8, directed by F. Gary Gray (of Straight Outta Compton most recently). After the massive success of Furious 7 in 2015, this franchise continues to roll with Vin Diesel at the wheel. Also starring Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood, Lucas Black, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, plus two newcomers: Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron as the seductive "Cipher". I'm still not really into this series. After the last one I expect them to be cheesy, but this is just crazy. The ice scene makes me think of Die Another Day, and that's not a good thing. Enjoy anyway.

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2017/03/even-cars-are-evil-in-thrilling-fate-of.html

The Fate of the Furious (Fast 8) is directed by filmmaker F. Gary Gray. The screenplay is once again written by Chris Morgan. Universal will open The Fate of the Furious in theaters everywhere on April 14th, 2017 just before the summer kicks off.

Keanu Reeves Back In Action For 'John Wick: Chapter 2' Trailer!

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2016/12/keanu-reeves-back-in-action-for-john.html

"The man, the myth, the legend…" Lionsgate has revealed a new, ass-kicking, full-length trailer for John Wick: Chapter Two, the highly anticipated sequel to the action classic John Wick from 2014. The teaser was awesome, but this is even better - which is why it's a "must watch" trailer. Keanu Reeves returns as the iconic unkillable assassin John Wick, who has to fight off countless more foes in Rome after taking out the Russian mobsters in the original. This also stars Ian McShane as Winston, with Ruby Rose, Bridget Moynahan, Peter Stormare, John Leguizamo, Thomas Sadoski, David Patrick Kelly, Common, Lance Reddick back as Charon, and Laurence Fishburne. I am so ready for this! It looks totally badass.

https://e-manic.blogspot.in/2016/12/keanu-reeves-back-in-action-for-john.html

In this next chapter following the 2014 hit, legendary hitman John Wick is forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers. John Wick: Chapter Two is directed by stunt coordinator-turned-filmmaker Chad Stahelski, who co-directed the first John Wick and has an extensive background in fight choreography and stunts. The screenplay is written by Derek Kolstad. Lionsgate will open John Wick: Chapter Two in theaters everywhere starting February 10th, 2017 coming up soon. Can't wait to see this.

Watch: First Explosive Trailer For 'The Fate of the Furious'

http://e-manic.blogspot.in/2016/12/watch-first-explosive-trailer-for-fate.html

"Let's play." Ready for more? Universal has unleashed the first official trailer for Fast and the Furious 8, titled officially The Fate of the Furious (ugh), directed by F. Gary Gray. After the massive success of Furious 7 in 2015, this franchise continues to roll with Vin Diesel leading the way. The cast includes Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood, Lucas Black, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Elsa Pataky, Nathalie Emmanuel, Kurt Russell, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, plus two newcomers to this one: Helen Mirren and Charlize Theron (as a character named "Cipher"). As expected, this looks absolutely ridiculous with insane stunts (in and out of cars) that seem to defy physics, not to mention common sense. This won't be for everyone, but it does look fun. Enjoy.

"While everybody is taking life, I'm going to be saving it." Lionsgate has debuted the first trailer for the latest film directed by Mel Gibson, a World War II drama called Hacksaw Ridge, about pacifist medic Desmond T. Doss played by Andrew Garfield. I'm a sucker for WWII films, and this is a hell pay story. The ensemble cast includes Hugo Weaving, Vince Vaughn, Sam Worthington, Luke Bracey, Rachel Griffiths, Teresa Palmer, Matt Nable & others. This actually looks incredible, I'm very much looking forward to it.

The visceral intensity springs from a timely premise: after the British Prime Minister passes away, his funeral becomes a target of a terrorist organization to destroy some of the world’s most powerful leaders, devastate the British capital, and unleash a terrifying vision of the future. The only hope of stopping it rests on the shoulders of the President of the United States (Aaron Eckhart) and his formidable Secret Service head (Gerard Butler), and an English MI-6 agent (Charlotte Riley) who rightly trusts no one. Morgan Freeman also stars as the Vice President of the United States. London Has Fallen is directed by Babak Najafi, of Easy Money II: Hard to Kill previously. Focus Features will open London Has Fallen in theaters nationwide starting 22 January 2016.
