"Leonidas and the brave 300 are dead." We've already seen two full theatrical trailers for the graphic novel adaptation follow-up 300: Rise of an Empire, and now we have one more. While the others focused almost entirely on the action, bloody battles and some intimidating dialogues, this one paints a better picture of the actual story. In addition, we get a glimpse at Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro) before he became the tyrannical God king, clearly influenced by the menacing Eva Green. Meanwhile, Lena Headey takes the spotlight too as she plans to avenge the death of her husband and the 300 spartan soldiers who died in battle. It's more of the same in action and visuals, but may be an entertaining spring release? Watch below!

Here's the new trailer for Noam Murro's 300: Rise of an Empire from Warner Bros. Pictures:

And here's the 1st TV Spot for Noam Murro's 300: Rise of an Empire:

Noam Murro directs 300: Rise of an Empire (formerly The Battle of Artemisia), based on Frank Miller's upcoming prequel graphic novel Xerxes, and adapted by Zack Snyder (director of 300) and Kurt Johnstad (writer of 300 and Act of Valor). Greek general Themistocles (Sullivan Stapleton) attempts to unite all of Greece by leading the charge against the massive invading Persian forces led by mortal-turned-god Xerxes (Rodrigo Santoro), and Artemesia (Eva Green), vengeful commander of the Persian navy. Warner Bros & Legendary Pictures are releasing 300: Rise of an Empire everywhere in 3D on March 7th.
